Default Hard to start after Overheating

My 1994 jeep Cherokee blew the bottom radiator hose. A short time later, my wife called me to say that the jeep had stopped running. Being a good husband I picked her up that night on my way home. The next night I went back after work to investigate. It started up just fine. Thinking I had the gift I started to drive it home, got about a mile and it just quit. I had it flat bedded home. Over the weekend I looked into it and found the bottom radiator hose had a big hole in it. I vaguely recall changing that hose a year or two ago... I replaced the hose with the best that Advance had to offer, refilled the cooling system and took my son to his Boy Scout meeting. All is well. After the meeting, when I restarted it, it was hard to get going. I'm thinking the head or head gasket might be damaged. Not knowing much about it, but after reading other posts here, I did a compression test on a warm engine, with all plugs out, throttle blocked open, with and with out oil.
Compression test results are:
1. 84/137
2. 80/100
3. 115/170
4. 109/140
5. 109/135
6. 130/150

Do these dry/oil psi numbers mean anything conclusive. I don't know how to interpret them. Jeep has 132,000 miles on it.
Appreciate your feed back.
Fred

Pull the plugs and look for wetness on the electrode(s), sounds like you may have a cracked head? You can use a long Q-tip(tm) to feel inside the cylinder to check for water.
I would also check sensors that are attached to the engine.. MAP, TPS ect....

Thanks for the reply. I pressurized number one cylinder and had bubbles come out of coolant. So I've started pulling head. So far got valve cover off and manifolds.

Two of the lifters seem to be stuck which is to stay that all the others spin.
Any thoughts?
Thanks

I said lifter but it was in fact two push rods that won't rotate. Is that normal depending on position of piston and the amount of pressure on the rod that some will spin and some will not?

I watched the linked video. Thanks. There has been a ticking sound at idle speed. After pulling the exhaust manifold, I found the bolts were not much more than finger tight that held it on. Perhaps that lead to exhaust leak and ticking sound? Anyone know the torques for exhaust and intake bolts?
Thanks
