Default Having problems possible vacum issue

Okay so im out driving around and first my fan/ heater stops blowing then later on 4 wheel drive wont work and the back breaks are out oh and its an 87 xj part time 4 wheel drive any ideas?

All of those systems run off of the main vacuum lines (though the brakes going out is peculiar). If its an 87 you probably have a throttle body, which the main vac line comes off of. Follow this to the passenger side firewall checking for cracks or hissing along the way. Make sure your vacuum reservoir is intact (black ball either spherical or football-shaped in the front bumper, a vac line should run to this and then from it to everything else).
