Having Trouble Buying Window Regulator wo Motor
About a year ago, I did the window regulator fix that replaced the plastic worm gear with the metal one. At that time, I priced window regulators and found them both with and without motors. Not surprisingly, those without motors were a lot less.
In any case, my window regulator has broken again, but has broken in a different location that is not fixable. The motor is fine.
I have found many window regulators w/ motors for over a hundred bucks. However, I was hoping to spend about 40 or 50 on one without a motor. I can not find one. Can anyone help?

Just bought the Steiger kit and should be here today for mine. 2nd day cost me 65.xx. Worth it. The motor was 48.97 and it was returned. The regulator couldn't be located for nothin! I did hit a junkyard looking for one too and none of them would fit my 97. Good luck, and FYI steiger was right on the money and shipped it the same day.

Just an update, the steiger kit would have worked beautifully, but it wasn't That part that was broken. The regulator had actually pulled out of itself....Found a aftermarket part on ebay for 63.50 that included the motor and regulator and fixed it today. worked beautifully.
