I think the cheapest one is the rugged ridge one at $199 but here is a couple links.

Just a warning, a buddy of mine had a Borla header on his Wrangler and it cracked too. I think the aftermarket stuff is a bit better, but can also have issues.

Just FYI using "good" and "cheap" when referring to the same item is not usually possible. Something quality yet inexpensive would be the more correct way to phrase it. When it comes to a jeep you don't want anything cheap. But for what you are looking for, I would recommend Pacesetter from experience and only experience. We put these on a friends XJ and ran two pipes exiting behind each door running a high flow cat with no muffler. Sounded mean. though a little louder in your ear because of the placement of the end of the exhaust. He beat the poo out of his rig and his exhaust after that was never something he broke. He was mean to it too. His headers held with no issues. He did his own exhaust work but tucked it as tigh to his body as he could.

Wow that looks like utter crap. And why would you show off a piece of crap being held by a skank? that would be something I think nobody should waste their money on. Can you say "Nasty" !!!!!!!!!

Don't link to crap like that. I don't want to see that junk. I have a wife thank you very much...

Seems it would be better to get a 99+ intake and stick with the stock manifold. That is what most people seem to get the most power from!
