Ya I used the ebay header from speeddaddy but I got the 99+ intake so it hit on 1 and 6

I just installed an apn style header with my pre 99 intake and it went on pretty painless.
When I initially got the intake to sit in, it made the back of the header fall. I had to hold the header up while tightening 1,and 3 bolts.

Did you sand the header and engine surface well?

You can have issues with ANY of them. Year, supplier, day of week, election cycle. None of it matters.

Yeah I'll get it this time. Worst case if I absolutely can't make it work I can just get the oem style accordion one
