Is this harness worth it? I just upgraded to the Rampage H4 conversion kit.

Absolutely!
You can pick them up for $29.99 here http://www.lmctruck.com/icatalog/csd/full.aspx?Page=48 part number 36-3580. It says it fits a chevy blazer but it's the same as the eautoworks harness and I'm running the LMC harness in my XJ.

Probably 30% brighter stock headlamps with just teh harness. I've done 2 Jeeps using stock halogens and one with 90/100 H-4 conversions. Worth every penny.
What really makes it worth it is that the current draw for the headlamps no longer travels through the headlamp switch so you don't have to worry about that burning out like they tend to do. The harness only costs a bit more than a headlamp switch and takes about the same time to install.

Yes - I installed Hella H4s which was a big improvement, then installed the harness which was an additional improvement. Easy install too, take your Grill off.

You can use stock if you want, halogen or some Autopals with 60/55 bulbs. Heck, try the harness with the stock lamps and you'll be quite surprised at how well they work when they get full voltage.

It's pretty much just plug n play. If you search hard enough there will be some pictures. I'm on my phone so I can't help too much right now
