Definitely check all your fuses under the dash and under the hood, don't just visually check the fuses, should use a tester, if any look tinted or black at all, replace them.

Default under hood fuses

Well there was a bad 20 amp fuse under the hood that was bad and that did it! There's nothing in the manual about those fuses, so it worked anyway.

thanks!

Turns out there are 2 power sources coming into the switch and for some reason the one wasn't working and was taking power from the headlights so cleaned all the wires changed the 2 fuses and now it finally works.

Default headlight switch

There's a fuse box on the left side of the engine compartment, check all those fuses. I found another fuse that needed replaced on the right side of the engine bay by the brake cylinder, This one was an inline fuse on a wire. Not sure which one fixed the problem since I replaced them both at the same time.

Hope this helps.

i’m still having the same issue as you are. I’ve spent the last four hours replacing every single bulb (parking lights, markers, brake lights, tail lights, blinkers, all instrument panel lights) replaced every fuse on the panel, replaced the headlight switch with a new one, checked ground locations and for loose wires.... issues still persist.

no dash lights/ tail lights. When I pull the switch halfway out between the parking light position and off... I get running lights and dash lights only. When I pull the headlight switch out all the way, only headlights. No dash lights or tail lights.
