That second HELLA 100/80W bulb says "offroad use". Is that street legal?

they technicly are... I have the hella 100/130 yellow bulbs in my xj. havent been harrassed for them yet.

I got the heavy-duty harness from LMC Truck, which is probably basically the same as the Putco. By far one of the best upgrades for the price. Coupled with my Autopals, the difference is night & day.

So I'm either going with the Hella 100/80 or 130/90 H4 bulb. I was wondering how nice the AutoPal housings are. I have them now and am not sure if they're the best choice or not, since some complain about them casting shadows with Xenon bulbs, which appears to be happening with my HID bulbs.
