Installed. About twice as bright. I went with the 100/90w bulbs. Ill order the kit next that wires through the battery next.

The dealership where I work sells Honda's among other things and we recently started getting in the 2013 Accords, some of which come with LED headlights. These suckers are BRIGHT! Not HID bright but, very very close and offer very low power consumption.
I was trolling ebay and on a whim, decided to see if anyone had an H4 LED headlight. I found several sellers and most were dirt cheap (the lowest was $7.99 a pair and free shipping), and they come anywhere between 60 and 120 LED's. I was about a hair away from ordering a pair just to see if they were any good, when I decided to do a little research first. I found a couple of demo videos and learned that they are complete crap. 1st, they're made in China and wired incorrectly so that you'd have to rewire your pig tails to even get them to light up. 2nd, the difference between low and high beam is almost undetectable. 3rd, they only thing they light up is the inside of the headlight housing. One video showed that while facing the headlight, it looked much brighter than the stock H4 bulb but from inside the car, there was almost zero detectable light coming from it, which made it useless for night time driving.

If you're talking about getting the harness, do it before you smoke your switch!

Not sure if your jeep is your only vehicle. But, on my suburban I did the HID's. Same harness type setup. The battery had to come out, grill off, etc to get in there and run it clean. So, when you said screws, I thought of my other vehicle I have.

ya gotta remove screw to get head light/grill/bezels out the way battery could be removed if ya want .

I put the headlights in last night. Simple. Did you run the harness in front of the radiator or over the top? If in front of radiator, I have an external trans cooler ill have to work around then.

Absolutely plug and play. Remove grille and headlamp bulbs. I fed my harnesses from the passenger side starting between the battery and the back of the headlamp housing, over to the driver side. Plug the driver side bulb into the new harness. Attach the new harness's ground wire under one of the small bolts on the radiator support after scraping the paint off under it. Attach the harness to the existing harness behind the grille working toward the passenger side. . Plug the new harness plug into passenger headlamp. Plug original headlamp plug into receptacle on new harness. Attach the ground for the passenger side just like you did the driver side under a radiator support bolt. Attach relays with provided bracket on the passenger side inner fender. Connect power wires to battery.

I did mine a couple weeks ago. It took about two hours but I wasn't making any effort to hurry, either. I ran the harness along the lower radiator support to get it over to the driver's side. I didn't pull the battery so the only challenge was getting the plug through the back of the metal headlight bucket with very little room to maneuver. When I was finished buttoning everything up I pulled the headlight switch and voila, light. More light than I'd ever seen from my poor little Jeep. So much light I was worried the photons would push me backwards. Seriously.

I'm running the standard 55/65w bulbs, I'd get popped for the 90/100s for sure. Plus, I have no desire to blind my fellow motorists who, in my neighborhood, are more likely to shoot you for annoying behavior than they are to mutter obscenities with the windows rolled up.

Getting "popped" is an age thing. I truely believe this. My last ticket was over 20+ years ago. I have 75w HID on my suburban. No issue. Had them for years, and years. As for blinding, its all about adjustment. Mine don't blind. True purpose is to see the road, not the fellow driver, so my lights are on the road

Sorry about your neighborhood. Mine is upper class. So, again, no worries for me.

I will do this upgrade. Sounds like a good idea. Did you get the same harness posted?

I got the Putco 230004HW ($27.02) harness from Amazon and the Rampage H4 Headlights ($75.61/pr.), which have glass lenses instead of cheap-o plastic.
