It's in the engine bay. Usually shoved into the radiator support or jammed under the air cleaner assembly.

Thanks, Cruiser. I'm going to look tomorrow eve, from underneath, much better. I will say it's never run better after following your tips! I only have the occasional cut-out (just turns off mid-trip), but that only happens maybe once a day. I think my second CPS is also bad. Only getting .3 when cranking.
