Heater/AC Displacement switch trouble
I have a 97 Cherokee se and I have been tuning up the car and have replaced multiple things to get it working great. The problem I have run into is the displacement switch for where the heat/ac blows (vents, floor, defrost) it is stuck in defrost position and I do not know how to get it to vents or anything else. The heater and AC both work great just the positioning of where I would like the air. How do I go about fixing this? I have tore apart most everything and noticed its not mechanical but electrical and that's as far as I know to get any advice thanks

Start by checking for a vacuum leak. Start at the vacuum ball under the front bumper checking it for cracks and loose vac hoses and work your way back to the fire wall.
