heater is not so hot anymore... any ideas?

I guess there is an orifice there there where the tube goes into the valve cover hat can plug up. I wouldn't expect you would have so much blow-by that it wouldn't be sucked up. (It's just a baby!) (my blow-by is OK w/ about 100K more).

Your pressure issue might be the gauge or sensor. I've seen allot of posts of guys changing the sensor. Of course checking it with a mechanical gauge might sort that out.

Yea I changed the oil again today after running seafoam 400 miles thru the crankcase and pcv tube. Also replaced the idler pulley, still squeeks but not as bad so I have to see what other bearings are shot when it over-heated and spewed coolant everywhere.
