Default Heater Problems plz Help!!

Hey guys I posted ealier about my heater being noisy and didnt get to look at the blower assembly to see if something got stuck in it, as it got cold and snowy quick and I've still waiting to get in at my friends garage. Now my fan will blow loudy(as it was for the last couple weeks) then after a minute or two it gets really loud. The sound reminds me of a vaccumm when you stick the tube to the plam of your hand to make it bog out. Is the heater system vaccummed? Also about 5 hours before it started I hit a dtich sweaving to miss a dog and drove about 60ft down the ditch till i got completly stuck(the ditch leveled out another 40 ft down I wanted to make it to there and pull back onto the road.) Thanks in advacne for the help.
