If you are sure the pump is ok and radiator, then the other things it can be are,bad tstat, mechanical fan, electric fan not coming on,poor air flow through radiator. Does it come up to temp and then level off,or does it continue to rise?

I would say thermastat or check both of your fans, when the car is hot pull over and idle the truck and open the hood to see if both electric fans are on. If you have a metal fan that is on the belt system it could be the fan clutch, the fan still spins but if you can stop it, not with your hand, fairly easy then it is the fan clutch. You getting any check engine lights?

It sounds like your tstat is opening, but maybe the electric fan is not coming on. Have you used it and got mud or debris on the a/c cond in front or radiator.
