Help with 94 Dash removal (heater core issue)
Hi again.
My heater core split, and I'm waiting on snail mail to get a hard copy of the Haynes workshop manual, to help with Heater core removal.
I've spent 2 hrs browsing the net for a downloadable version, as I'm stuck wat a specific point, hopefully someone here can help.
I believe it's a dashboard out job, so have so far, removed lower panel, all switches, instrument cluster, and the glovebox, so am left with the main dash still in place.
I can see a bolt either side, near the bottom, which I assume releases the lower part, but can't quite see how the whole dash is released, I assume there are some hidden bolts/nuts at the top somewhere.
Could someone help out with a pdf copy of dash removal section, or a link to a posted step by step guide, or just a handy bit of info... Any help appreciated.
PLenty of Grand C instructions online, no Cherokee 4.0 ltd tho.
Thanks, and kind regards,
Si

I have a 1995 jeep cherokee and have a heater core leak. So far i have removed the dash but i am struggling with the heater housing. I have removed three bolts inside the engine compartment and it has come loose at the bottom but it will not come out. Can anyone tell me if there are retaining bolts at the top of the engine compartment? Are they behind the rubber soundproofing?
