No spark can be a number of things including crank sensor, ASD circuit, ignition switch.

TEST things before replacing things. Otherwise, unless you are lucky, this gets expensive and you get frustrated in a hurry.

Link to an article on testing the crank sensor.

Mine sme as you. whenyou turn the key, no engine check light on. when no engine check light, engine crank but dont start up. I changed my ECUfor a rebuilt one and it works perfectly fine. but you better try the CPS 1st as it is much cheaper. I confirm mine is the ECU prob as i listen to my mechanic n he borrowedme aused ECU for try out. u can borrow someone else CPS or ECU for try out. keep posted for results ok. Good luck!

Has anyone ever had this problem where the cps went out and there was no check engine light at all the engine would just crank and crank and it happens when the truck has sat for a day or 2. But usually when it sits I could get it to start now I can't. I was leaning towards the ecu but didnt want to believe it.

Test for spark or test your crank sensor.

But test.

All the discussion in the world doesn't help you much. You need test data that confirms where you need to look.
