Hey Fellas? How do I know if my belt is too tight without using a gauge?

If you have a lot of gas and discomfort its too tight.

But honestly, at the longest distance of the belt, twist it. Shouldnt rotate more than 90°. Some people will say about it shouldn't deflect more than 1/4" down when pressed
