Sorry, to clarify is definitely an oil leak, and it leaks so bad or runs all over my transmission pan and drips everywhere

Sounds like it's leaking pretty well and you'd find it pretty easily. I'd wipe that entire area and anywhere else down below, start it and look for the origin. Use some lighting if you have it available.

Oh, and apply the e-brake before you start it up.

UPDATE

I got under my jeep and cleaned up some and let it run and saw oil running down straight from my rms so I spent the last two days changing my oil pan gasket and rms and just got it all put back together today and let it idle until hot and it was dry, so I took it for a short drive and when I stopped it was leaking again, not as bad but leaking, so I thought maybe it was left over oil so I cleaned it again and let it run for about 15 min and it was dry, so I drove it for another short drive and is leaking as bad as before, I have no idea what to do

Have you checked the rear of the valve cover and the oil filter adapter.

Rear of valve cover is clean, oil filter adapter is a little wet underneath but it's dry between the oil filter adapter and the actual leak, the leak looks like a straight line from the RMS area, how could the oil get back there without me seeing it
