Check your lift pump pressure and your fuel injector return rates. Your Injection pump could be on its way out.

I checked the injector return rate that's fine. I am swaying towards the hpfp failing. Think that is probably a good avenue to investigate. We is the lift pump . Excuse my lack of knowledge on jeeps.
