Multiple misfire PO300-PO306
I have a 97 Jeep grand Cherokee straight 6 4.0L TSI 2wd and I have codes such as PO300 which is multiple cylinder misfire and I have codes from PO301 through PO306 meaning all cylinders are misfiring and I made the mistake of just throwing parts at it and not diagnosing the problem. I reoleced plugs, wires, distributed cap and rotary, IAC sensor and TPS sensor and I'm still having horrible problems with it cutting out going down the road. I can just be cruising down the road with my foot barely on the accelerator and it start cutting out real bad and gerking and to stop that I would just mash the gas pedal to the floor until it stopped and it would stop for a little while and then start back up again. Also when I start to come to a stop at a red light or stop sign it acts like it wants to die on me until I put it in park or neutral then it will go back up to normal idle. If anyone has any ideas of what to check please let me know. Its my only way of transportation to work and school. Thanks
