Ok, so I've left the Cherokee to sit for a couple days. It seems the fluid patch on the ground has gotten slightly bigger over 3 or so days. I've marked where I can see a red drop which seems to be at the bottom of the flywheel housing? If you look at the first picture of this I posted, that drop isn't there.

Where would you expect this slow leak to be originating from? Thanks guys!

*Edit: a further couple hours of research seems to suggest a leak from the input seal from the tranny. Or possibly the torque converter. Which could explain my engine code. 👀
I will have to drop the tranny at some point and see what's going on. Fun stuff!

So best I can tell you never did answer Sig220.
I have no idea if the year matters or not so these are out of my '00 parts catalogs.
Big part of the cover. Part number 53004907AB.
Small part of the cover. Part number 52118078AB.
Best I can tell this part is NA.
They do come up on Ebay from time to time.
Did find this but it looks like it is in Germany.

deadjeeps and jeepgraveyard on Ebay is good for stuff like this.

Plus Davey's and they will ship cause I have done business with them.

https://daveysjeeps.com/

I would contact them to see if they can help.
Thing is when I do see these the pricing is not so great.
If you post here for the part

https://www.cherokeeforum.com/f2/if-...-parts-259817/

And I do come across it in my travels I will let you know. If you do and then find it please amend your post so I know.

So I'm planning on replacing that seal behind the flexplate/flywheel. What would the technical name be? Fluid Pump Seal? Or Torque Converter shaft seal?

Thanks Guys
