actualy its my daily drive. with 10 inche rim the tire get a litle too wide for the police of my area ( if more than 1 inch outside the flare they begin to get hungry )

that why i must keep some kind of flare....

Cut the bulk with a whiz wheel, then grab the Av. snips and make relief cuts all around, then fold in, hammer & dolly down, prime, paint and call it a day. Add rubber trim if you want.

if i had use a sawzall, must forgot my windshiel washer


actually i use angle grinder... maybe for the rear but ...

i just used a cut-off wheel for the front and it worked wonderful. Now for the back tomorrow

here's one I did for scorpion automotive before he closed down. in a roundabout way it made it's way back to me so now it sits, an empty, rust-free heavily modified shell (anyone need a nice xj shell?)

thats alot more welding then i wanted to do man. i like the cut and fold it came out with the probly pretty close to the same clearence as you did.

mm. not really, I ended up fitting a 33x12.50 tire stock with ZERO rubbing anywhere. but yes, the cut and fold is quite a bit easier.

to me they look too round to be XJ flares, so my guess is that they are from a TJ
