But why would finishing that be the first priority? The CPS not getting a good reading should be.

Ok, I get that. But if the CPS is only putting out .204 AC volts, then how is the voltage going to get any higher if a bypass the C101?

Did you drill the Mopar CPS's upper mounting hole or was it done already?

I didn't get the kit. I just got the CPS. The last two I got at NAPA I drilled and it didn't help at all.

Yeah, just the two wires from the CPS. And it's cranking kinda slow because I think my battery is shot. I gotta jump it to crank it.

Ok, so let's say hypothetically that when I bypass the connector, it still won't start. Then what do I do? Start with the low CPS reading?

Yep. TSB 18-51-88 shows the CPS with the slotted hole that came in their kit. It was important to them to slot the upper mounting hole and bypass the C101 to rectify the issue.
