Angry Help!!!! XJ wont start!

Well here we go,

So i recently bought a 96 XJ, It ran but the prior engine had 277k miles on it. So i bought a crate engine from Oreily's and swapped it. Heres where the fun begins, once swapped attempted to start and i got fuel but no spark. i get a constant 12v to the coil from the orange and green wire but i get no signal from the computer. I replaced the computer, coil, distributor, cam position sensor, crank position sensor, asd relay and numerous other things. But i still get no spark. I am in desperate need of help. all grounds are functioning properly and checked signal from crank position sensor and cam position sensor and all seem to work fine. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated!

In cases like this, 9 out of 10 times the dizzy is installed improperly.

Have you tested the cam and crank sensors?

Are you positive that you put the distributor in correctly? I also have a O'reilys crate engine and had this issue assuming I could just stab the disi how the old on came out. If you didnt use a punch to lock the disi while stabbing its probably in wrong.

I locked the distributor and put the engine at TDC then put the oil pump at 11 o’clock position then put the distributor in from the 1 o’clock and the rotor sat at 4 o’clock position. I tested the cam and crank position sensor both sent out 5v signal when the engine was hand rotated.
