Default highway vibes and grinding?

Hey guys, I just picked up a purple Cherokee 4wd 4.0 5 spd. I noticed that from the front driver's side wheel I get a small rubbing/grinding sound when I'm swerving at highway speeds (or anything above 45) If I swerve to the right, so as to make the jeep lean to the left the sound gets noticeably stronger... more agitated. BUT if I swerve to the left so that the jeep leans right - then the sound disappears. SO>>>> is this a hub bearing assembly going bad? or something in the 4 wheel drive?

Sure sounds like a hub. Have you lifted the front wheels and spun it by hand to see if you hear the grinding, or checked for play in the hub?
