Default Hit a bump and blows fuse and dies

I have a 96 xj and every time I hit a bump or even shake it, it blows a green 30 amp fuse that is in charge of the pcm, tcm, and fuel pump relay. I put in a new fuel pump relay hoping it was as simple as that but it wasn’t, it will start up and run if I put a new fuse in it but just blows it over and over again, when the use is blown it will crank just won’t start. I’m thinking the pcm has gone bad but just want some more information before blowing money on what’s not the problem

What year is your XJ???? Check for burned harnesses near the exhaust pipe or chaffed harnesses near the suspension, steering shaft, etc.)

Shake and wiggle harnesses under the hood and see if you can cause it to fail.

I would start by inspecting the fuel pump wiring harness all the way along for any sign of chafing, its the longest, and the going over a bump thing suggest it is the most likely suspect
