If my buddy shows up this saturday, I may have pictures for all of you. My hood was removed last night and hope to have it masked off friday night ready for cutting on saturday.

You all got me motivated about my hood vents and snorkel now

My buddy is a carpenter and he will be doing the measuring.

Cutting...Not sure. Tools available are Plasma, torches, 4" grinder, 7" grinder, die grinders, Hack saw LOL. he might have a jig saw with a metal blade...who knows.

My buddy will probably do the cutting. He is pretty good with metal. His job is to setup the North America auto show in detroit. He takes a band saw and cuts up a motor, polishes it or has it chromed then reassembles the pieces for the display motors and such.

I bought that on ebay months ago figuring it was the right size but should've asked about it before buying it. These are off those rent-a-center trucks. That's a size 13 shoe to get an idea how big it is.
