Was out driving today and horn got stuck, then cut off, later it sounded when I touched the turn signal lever. Parked it and left it for a few hours and it went off again with ignition off. Toggled the horn buttons and it stopped. Cause may be water got in while I had it at the car wash. Is there a way to disable the horn only until I can get it in for service after the weekend. Don't know if it's own fuse or has other parts beside the horn sharing the fuse.

 

Find the horn. Disconnect it. You didnt give the year, but since you said buttons, im guessing its a 95-96?

 

it is a '95. 4 cyl. if that makes a difference. Drove it for awhile after I posted my situation with the horn. used it once and it behaved normally.
