Do you hear the horn beep when you hit Lock on your Fob?
There's a Horn Relay Control Sense feature in the overhead module. The Horn Relay Control Sense is wired in parallel with the horn switch to the ground side of the control coil of the horn relay. If this feature thinks you have tried to lock your Heep with your remote it will provide a ground to the horn relay, sounding the horn. This feature bypasses the clockspring/horn switch.
Next time the horn decides to sound off bang the overhead (Console) with you hand and see if the horn reacts.
There's a way to deactivate the horn beep when you use your remote to lock the Heep but I've forgotten how to do that.

If the relay is in then yes it beeps. When i do hit the lock on the fob it has a weak beep and sometimes the doors dont even lock so i never use the fob to lock it i just hit the switch in the door and use the fob to unlock it which it sometimes doesnt do and my drivers door key hole is locked up and wont work and the passenger door is from a different jeep and i never swapped it over so i send my gf through the hatch.

Try disabling the horn feature like this and see if it helps:
To program the Remote Keyless Entry (RKE) receiver so that the horn chirp feature is disabled, proceed as follows:
(1) While within the reception range of the RKE receiver, press and hold the Lock button of a programmed RKE transmitter depressed for five to ten seconds.
(2) While holding the RKE transmitter Lock button depressed, press and release the RKE transmitter Unlock button.
(3) The RKE horn chirp feature is now disabled. Repeating the preceding steps will again enable the RKE horn chirp feature.
Let us know how you make out with this.
