Default How bad is it? Any (diy front bumper mount area) frame fix ideas?

Ol' JeepJeep got in a little fender bender. It didn't tweak the frame that I can tell by driving it. It's still perfectly aligned. We've been driving it fine for about a month since it happened. It looked like the bumper and one mount on the drivers side just got smooshed.

But, after getting the bumper off and whacking on it with a bfh for a minute I got the mangled left bumper mount off and saw this...

It's a little bent, probably just a little too much to get the new bumper on. The frame rail doesn't seem to be "crumpled" at all thankfully. This pic is from underneath looking up.

I was hoping you guys might have some suggestions for bending this back into shape by myself with just some hand tools if that's possible. I have a torch to heat it if that'll help. But, I'm stumped on how to pull it outwards like it seems to need.

Thanks

Same hammering, a pry-bar, and a big pair of Channel-Locks should get it close enough for a new bumper to bolt up.
