Can you post a pic of the pinion if from the rear of the vehicle. It looks like the axle is tilted way back with the pinion pointed towards the ground.

Your pinion angle is way off........cant tell you what to do from a pic........but it don't look right.
Something is going on with your uppers and lowers.
If you can't.......find someone who can set it up right.
No need for a new axle.

forgive me as this may be wrong, but i was reading up on this, but i read the pinion should ONLY be straight with the DS IF i have a SYE, but if i do not, then the pinion should have 0 angle.

You have a double cardan on the front shaft.
Study this- http://billavista.com/tech/Articles/...ble/index.html
And go to Tom Woods........ http://www.4xshaft.com/

Ahh, good to know, like i said, never done any DS work, BUT! i am very mechanically inclined. I just do not know the process on how to straighten it up. Do i have to use shims since i cant rotate the axle its self? if so, is there a guide on how to do this?

Adjust the control arms. Either shorten the lower arms or lengthen the upper arms. Of course which one you do depends on where the wheel is located I. The wheel well.
