I would change that out while you are in there

I added that to my shipping cart as there is a significant groove in it. After 195k it’s time a lot of things are replaced.

Bad news for me. Head is cracked. The search for TUPY continues. $150 one about four hours round trip away. Otherwise I see a few $300 whole-engines near me.

That's too bad. Junkyards around here a full of TUPY heads. Are there no U-pull-it yards near you?

No, the closest U-Pull-It is about 150 minutes away and they do not have any. They will sell me a TUPY head for though for $400. I called a junk yard two hours away and got one on order for $150. I’ll drive and grab it next Friday and take it to the machine shop. The shop said they’ll use the best lookin parts from either heads after they clean and inspect everything.
