Just curious. I have a 99 white 2 door. 4.0 aw4 4x4. It has no power windows, no power locks. No power seats, and no fog lights. the only thing it does have is power mirrors and a rear wiper. I rarely see any 2 doors in Chicago. Oh it also only has the stereo, no cassette or CD and only has 2 speakers

I actually like having manual everything. And yeah with a jeep that new that is kind of rare to have all of the "bad" options. But that isn't really a good thing unless you think it is.

As a trail rig, powerless everything is golden, it's true. My work can has no power doors etc. and I love it cause it can get wet muddy an what not. But as a DD, I love my power seats and windows. It's like having the most capable suv and luxury combined

My Jeep is completely manual (except for the transmission) and stuff breaks ALL THE TIME. My manual mirrors are falling off, my manual door locks are sticky, my passenger window regulator gets annoyed when rolled all the way down and punishes its operator by not going back up. The seats work awesome, though! I mean, as far as rocking chairs go.

Probably less 2 dr XJs than 4 drs but my guess is the base SE model was somewhat popular with city fleets. We bought ours (1 of 3 identical XJs) at the local city auction. One of them only had 20K miles on it.
