How to replace door hinge (93)?
My door angles down. I don't know why really but I tried putting a wedge under one of the torx bolts on the bottom hinge bracket. It didn't really help, and it's getting pretty bad.
Can anyone tell me how to fix this ****er? I don't have access to a welding machine, and the nearest welder is about 80 miles away, meaning an overnight stay so welding is not really a good solution unless it's literally the only solution.

I'm really looking for people with experience, and please note that this is a 93, so the kit you can buy is not for the 93.
Okay thanks.

From your second pic, if you put the shim on top of the hinge I don't think you changed a thing. You need to look at the hinge while picking up the door to find your problem. The pics don't show any broken welds that I can see.

Did the door get bent backwards? I can’t quite see in the pics but it kinda looks like the paint is chipped off.
Shims will help get the door flush when it’s shut but won’t get it to stop drooping. The bolts thread into a plate that can move around in the door when there is t tension on it and the holes In the door sheet metal are oversized. You will need to loosen the bolts, get someone to pull the door up slightly and tighten them back down. Then shut the door and see how well you guessed. Then do that 5 times and you might get it to close nicely.
