Yeah, you either have water intrusion in the ECU or possibly CPS was effected by the dunking some how. I know you intalled a new cap and rotor but double check that there is no mointure inside the distrubutor. Also pull the coil wire off the coil and make sure that connection is dry.

numbers are kinda LOW they are all supose to be 10-15% of each other... any chance you Bent a valve? when you turned it over did water pour out of the spark plug holes?
85-15%=72.25psi

i stuck a screw driver in the plug wire and held it close to the motor mount and watched the spark jump from the screw driver to the motor mount.
im really thinkin its the cps, i hope im right
but in the near future ill be doing new piston rings and head gasket

Your compression numbers really are all over the place. That is most likely due to high miles, though. The only one I see a real issue with is #5. The leak down test is a smart next move. You may have a bent valve or push rod in that one. If you're planning a rebuils in the near future, though. Problem solved. I you're getting spark from the coil wire, the 2 things it could be then is moisture or some other issue with the distributor or a CPS.
