Default Hyper-flashing after Battery Disconnect

I recently purchased my 99 XJ Classic and wanted to do a full tune-up on it as all of the parts looked original to the Jeep. I disconnected the negative terminal to my battery as I replaced the plugs, wires, and ignition pack. Once everything was clean and reinstalled, double checked all connections and such, I reconnected the battery and started the Jeep. No issue starting and everything ran fine. I took it for a spin and when I used my left turn blinker it started hyper-blinking though the right blinker is fine. None of the lights are led, oem bulbs, so this thoroughly confuses me. Also, the aftermarket cd player constantly stayed on after this as well. Mind you all of these things were working just fine prior to the battery disconnect. Thoughts?

Isn't that the symptom of a blown bulb?

I got hyper flashed at Mardi Gras a couple years ago but this sounds like a different issue. I would check for a blown bulb.

Do the outside blinkers work? Do they click just as fast as the light in the car? What happens when you try hazards instead?

All bulbs work, both front and rear.

All blinker bulbs, front and rear, work fine. They both flash as the same speed of the blinker indicator on the cluster. I think I tested the hazards at the same time and the left hyper-flashed but I will double check on that to make sure.

I sure do wish this was the issue I am experiencing! Wouldn't mind seeing other "bulbs" than the ones giving me issues on my Jeep! Lol!
