Works just great. Installed it on Saturday night. Took all of about 5 minutes. Biggest culprit was "walnut cracking" the old connector off with a pair of pliers. It works, but it wasn't as brittle as I thought it would have been for a 24 year old part.

After that, it's really simple. New part slips right on and works great....

As soon as the stopper enters the slot, the cable is captured inside the connector... so it's not going anywhere.

Turn the TB lever counter-clockwise to be able to latch the connector onto the TB peg

Release and you're done.
