Basically when I turn hard left I hear a rubbing noise I believe coming from the right side. Over 40 it becomes more like a clicking noise. I took my 7 year old go pro and spend a day duck taping it to different spots on my front end to hopefully find a clue as to what it is. So, it's kind of like I SPY but with a bunch of rusty metal. The rubbing noise for the most part is not audible in the video.


LET'S TALK ABOUT THE WELD: It was my first welding job and it has held for two years. The new track bar has near zero play. Both my axles shafts had play, so I replaced them both, along with ball joints and sway bar links. That did not work, and through more troubleshooting, my sway bar can be moved with a pry left to right a bit through the bushings (video here). There is also the smallest amount of play when I move my drag link, I believe coming from the pitman arm tie rod. You just hear a clicking noise and it moves less than a millimeter. However again, I think I am missing something, and I don't want to order parts on a hunch again. Also, I checked my steering box area, no cracks.
