Any local 4x4 shop should be able to order them. Also, I believe Rusty's and Skyjacker carry them, but they are pricy. You could also just go to an auto parts store and buy brake line and extend them out yourself.
However, I just now finally broke a brake line this summer, and that is running stock brake lines on 8.5" of lift. I was really surprised it too me this long to finally break a line. All I did was unbolt the front lines from the unibody and the rear line from the mount it sits in. Now I will just be replacing all my lines when I get done with my axle swap.

Yeah, 1995 YJ rear oem brake hoses are 3" longer than stock. I run it on my XJ too (5" rear). Dodge dakota rear lines are 5" longer as i've been told. The front lines can be replaced with YJ lines as well or just bend the hardline down and re-drill the mounting hole.
Or you can get SS lines.
