Default Ice in cylinder

So me and my friend bought a 1997 Jeep Cherokee as a beater and resumed to sink it in a mud puddle 2 hours later. It stalled in the middle of the puddle so we winched it out with his jeep and it wouldn't start. We left it over night and towed it out of the trails, trying to bump start it down hills. We eventually towed it to my house and I just got around to pulling the spark plugs today. Cylinders 1,2, and 5 have ice on the tip of the plug so obviously water got into the engine. It is now December weather and everything is cold.

Now my question is, how could we get the water/ ice out of the cylinders with ? (assuming it's not hydrolocked and dead)

Crankcase and intake are full too. Front diff, rear diff, trans and trasfercase...

Throw a tarp over the front and stick a space heater under it for a couple hours. Then turn it over with all the plugs out for awhile.

One thing I didn't mention (id include a picture but idk if the buttons not working on my phone or I just can't upload pictures) idk how much ice is in because the ice is literally only a tiny bit covering the gap on the spark plug. So I don't know if that means there's little to no water
