how do you change idle speed on 1998 grand cherokee 4.0

Why do you want, or need to adjust the idle speed? The PCM controls the idle and its best not to mess with it. What are the symptoms?

Model: Cherokee (XJ)

Engine: 4.0

This is the Cherokee section of the forum. You have a Grand Cherokee, which is a different vehicle. No, it's not just a particular model of Cherokee. It's a different vehicle.
