So, the length is around 2.3" or 58/59mm, but that is me wrangling calipers at a real weird angle.

Do any of you know the exact length and diameter of the door hinge pins for the 97-01 XJ? I'd feel much better if I got the exact measurement off of one someone had laying around. There are kits that come with 3/8" pins, but you have to drill the holes out. I'm guessing the diameter of the hole is likely in mm. Can you please measure the diameter and length for me please?

Also, did they *all* come with bushings in the middle of the hinge? I found these measurements for the bushing and the pin, but they seem incorrect. The length seems too long. .323 in ID X .402 in OD Bushings; .315 in X 2.56 in Pin
