ok well heres an update...actually there really is nothing to update about my situation. I went and got the starter tested and its good, my dad thought it might need new plugs and wires so i did that and nothing changed. so I decided to video tape it to see if you guys could hear what the problem could be. I have tried just about everything.

that was one of the first things I checked. I checked with the haynes manual just to be sure but yea its right

can you explain? this is the first time doing anything dealing with the internals of an engine. and I didnt adjust anything so I could have messed something up? what would I have had to adjust exactly?

Try moving the wires one post clockwise... Haynes has gotten the firing order wrong before or have misleading pictures.

lookup in your manual about valve adjustment if they are not opening and closing the compression in trhe motor cant get out it willk stay in cyls thus motor cant turn over i have never had the head off of mine and cant find my book its like trying to sneeze with you nostrols closed
