Unbolt the two bolts that are holding up the steering column, there should be like a strap IIRC
Once it drops down far enough, the ignition switch should be on the right side of the steering column i believe, you should be able to see it. It has a plug on it, and it is bolted to the steering column. Unbolt it, unplug it, and installation is the reverse of the removal process

Oh, and one thing to remember on the ignition switch (again, 87-96) is that its actuated by a little rod thing attached to the lock cylinder. Dont forget where that goes in, or you will have quite the issue starting your vehicle....
