The computer is trying to make uo for the extra air that is getting sucked in and dumping more fuel in.

ok so i found the vacuum leak, it was not the manifold. I'm so glad i was procrastinating, it was the map sensor to throttle body. the line was gone completely and i don't recall taking it off. anyways my next problem is my fuel pressure regulator doesn't have a nipple for a vacuum line. all the pics i see online, and on the diagram under the hood, have a vacuum line attached. ill post a pic if you guys need it to help

can anyone tell me why theres no vacuum line going to this? lol

Because its broke. That is your fuel pressure regulator. Fix it.

will do. it doesn't look like its supposed to have a nipple, or broken so i couldn't tell.

thanks! hopefully ill get a little better then 13mpg after lol

You should. Now since there is no vacuum at idle it never lets fuel return to the tank. So your getting to much fuel at idle.
