I found a really nice Brat cooker made by Johnsonville. It's like a George Foreman grill, but each brat has its own little place to lay. I ran some 1/0ga. wire from my flax capacitor to the 10,000W inverter I have under the passenger seat to power the grill, and it also provides power to the TV I have mounted to the dash as well as a lot of other stuff like disco lights, the hot tub in the cargo area, clothes washer on the roof rack (clothes are air dried out the window), and a mini fridge in the middle of the back seat. I have 2 young ones in car seats, so it had to be in the middle. The grill sits pretty conveniently in the passenger seat on the nice platform I made that holds the cooker, a bottle of mustard, a bottle of ketchup, some A-1, and a couple other spots for any other condiments or toppings for the brat like grilled onions, peppers, bag of chips, potato salad, and beans, etc.... I also added a small cooler for my road sodas that sits up off the floor board so the heat from the exhaust doesn't warm up cooler. Pretty much the whole passenger seat is utilized for grilling and watching TV.
If my wife happens to be along for the ride, she just holds everything for me, cooks the brats, opens the cold ones for me, puts together the brats for me, then feeds me while I drive.

Yeah I know what you're thinking.. You thought I was gonna be that $$hole that makes my wife ride in the backseat......
