Anyone know a fix for rain leaking in in the footbeds left side on driver and passenger front seats?
Seems like it's maybe coming thru the windshield wiper mounts. I guess...
Worst part is its dripping on all kinds of wires and making crackling sounds.

 

Check firewall and body grommets. Windshield and door seals.

 

Your windshield pinch weld may be rusted out and your windshield is not sealing properly. Water can run to your floorboards causing rust. Take the widshield off and treat the pinch weld. A body shop can do it toO it shouldn't be that expensive.

 

The guys are right on and this need to be done quickly before its to late as far as rust goes.

 

Mines doing the same. Any chance it could have anything to do with the cowl?

 

Mine isn't dripping on anything. It's running down the firewall.

 

Then you got a grommet leaking.

 

I'll have to check them. There is a piece busted out of my cowl so I wasn't sure. About to put it on the road in about 6 days. At least there's no carpet.
