Default Interior mini light sockets?

Just wondering if anyone knows what these are called exactly or a part number? They are the sockets for the lights indicating what each rocker switch does in my 91 cherokee laredo. They have letters numbers on the side, but each are different (18 PED, 20 PED, 24 PED, etc.) Some of mine are cracked which causes them the not stay in or function. Only one of the indicator lights functions now (Rear defogger). The fog light indicator worked when I got the Jeep, but now it doesn't after I had to do some dash work and the tabs that hold the socket in cracked. They take a 37 mini wedge type bulb, which I've already tried replacing. I'd like to replace the 3 cracked sockets with undamaged ones to see if that fixes the issue.

Thank for any help that is offered!

So you just need the bare, no wire in them, connectors?
So I am just guessing here.
#21 or #22. Even though you really can't go by the illustration I am leaning towards #21.
This is out of my '91 to '93 parts catalog.

The cool thing about the older Jeep parts catalogs is they show stuff like this. You won't find this stuff in any '97 and up XJ parts catalog.
Regardless even if I am right, and that is highly doubtful, I can't find the connectors anywhere in stock.
So my thinking is a boneyard and you get to clip pigtails if you can find some good ones.
You can either put in the pigtail or try to unpin and repin the connectors themselves.
I can seem them in my '94 to '96 parts catalog as an illustration but no part numbers.
In my '88 to '90 I do see them and they are the same part numbers. Also appear to be used in YJ's.
I wonder if the color is more for assembly then actually being different.
They know the red one goes here, the black one goes there, the orange goes here, so on and so forth.
But then I wonder cause both of the ones in your picture appear black.
Which means that these might not be what you want.
Hey I tried. LOL.

Thanks for the reply! Those don't appear to be what I'm looking for. These are bulb sockets that go right above the rocker switches on the dash and the lights illuminate what the switch does: fog lights, rear defogger, transmission(comfort/power) and Rear Wiper. All 4 of mine are black.

They are a twist and pull type socket and have two wires that come out of the back of them: black and an orange with black stripes.

I've only been able to find one at a junk yard that is undamaged. Usually the switches and cluster are already gone so they are hard to find.

Yeah I did not think so either.

Any chance they use the same socket for the illumination of the tranny and transfer case bezels?
Might be easier to find them.

Look at that,
Looks like not a perfect fix but a review from a '95 XJ owner below that still got them to work.

Thanks Jim! Those appear to be a pretty close match! Worse comes to worse, it's only $7 to try them out.

Thanks for the help!

Those are bp168 lamps for tranny and transfer illumination FYI.
