Question Intermittent Drop In Power Over 50mph 2001 XJ

Hey guys first post on here and I need some help with my 2001 XJ Sport has 190k miles, 5-inch lift, 35" tires, 4.0 motor...

So this just happened for the first time a few weeks ago and I think it's getting a little worse

So here's the situation ill be driving down the road 50+ MPH and everything will be fine then all of sudden my jeep stutters for like 1 second then RPMs drop down to idle and I have no power pushing on the accelerator then i coast to an open area to park it idles fine but has died more recently. I shut it off sometimes that fixes it but recently I have had to disconnect the battery then when I start it back up the RPMs go to about 1700 for 1-2 seconds and then goes back to idle and it runs fine like nothing happened no idea what it can be... and it only happens at higher speeds over 5MPH I can drive around local fine when I get on the highway and maintain higher speeds it does it.

Does anyone have any ideas??
