Hey guys! I sold my 87 Cherokee tonight. So i won't be asking so many questions any more. I just wanted to say thanks to every body that helped me with so many things. It was never my intention to 'flip' this Jeep, but i never fell 'in love' with it, and for an old car, if you don't love em, its a waste of time. I sold it to a young couple who plan on keeping it stock, like I had planned, right down to the white wall tires. I felt like I sold it to the right people. And just to give folks an idea of what your Cherokee is "worth", I sold it for 3500.00, full asking price. I was happy, they were happy. My phone wasn't ringing off the hook, but I did have a couple serious callers. The first one that looked at it, bought it.

I will hang around, because this forum is full of good people giving good advice.

I told them quote " Cherokee forum is the absolute best. I used it for all of the repairs and maintenance that I did". I sent them a link also.

You guys got me through some repairs that I never would have tried without this forum. ( Head removal!? Yikes! Rear main seal? Yikes again! But did it with help from here)

 

Wow, as clean as that looks, I would have given you $3500 for it. You'll get the bug again. Might be a wrangler or something newer.
